If more than 14 days passed but you can’t see the refound on your bank account, we ask you to check through your bank institute, so they can help you and assure you that the transaction is gone well.

You can request a discount coupon of the amount of the refound, that you can use for your future purchase.

For the clients outside of UE, the cost of importation will be detracted from the total amount of the refound.

For the clients inside UE, the cost of the product will be refounded but not the shipping cost.

On each product will be applied a validity label.
The validity label has to be attached and intact for the return request to be accepted.
