A validity label is attached to each product purchased.
CAUTION: Do not remove the validity label: The label must be attached and intact to accept the return of the product.
The product must be returned complete in all its parts (including accessories) and in its original packaging. The return of an item purchased on, must be agreed and carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Shipping costs charged to the customer.
The options for returning goods are as follows:

Contact us by e-mail or call our customer service team to arrange courier pick-up within 24/48 hours.
The goods must be undamaged, returned in their original packaging and shipped in an appropriate transport box.
Sedicibagsandshoes accepts no liability for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by unsecured shipment.
The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with the receipt. It is not obligatory to use the same shipping box.

The right of withdrawal lapses when
1) Partial use of the product;
2) Lack of original packaging;
3) Lack of certain parts of the product;
4) Damage to the product not caused by transport.
5) Loss/damage of validity label.


The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

If more than 14 days have elapsed but the refund is still not available on your account, please check with your bank so that they can help you verify that the transaction was successful.

A discount voucher for the total return of the item(s) may be requested for future purchases.

For non-EU customers, import costs will be deducted from the total reimbursement.

For EU customers, the price of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
